Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Adventure Cat Aries! Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

 

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

* Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

 

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Adventure Cat Aries ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

 

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

 

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Adventure Cat Aries is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

 

Damages

Adventure Cat Aries is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping at Adventure Cat Aries.

If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns. 

Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason for doing so.

The deadline for canceling an order is 14 days from the date on which you received the item(s) or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by emailing adventurecataries@gmail.com.

We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the returned item(s). We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Condition for Returns

In order for the item(s) to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The item(s) were purchased in the last 14 days

  • The item(s) are in the original packaging

 

The following goods cannot be returned:

  • The item(s) was made to your specifications or clearly personalized.

  • The item(s)which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.

  • The item(s) that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.

  • The item(s) which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

 

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, items on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to you if it is not permitted by applicable law.

Returning of Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the item(s) to us. A shipping address will be provided in response to the email of the item(s) return. We cannot be held responsible for the item(s) damaged or lost in the return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the item(s) or proof of received return delivery.

 

Gifts  

If the item(s) were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

 

If the item(s) weren't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give it to you later, we will send the refund to the gift giver.
